What is a wholesale company and how do they make a profit?

Ok there is this asian website where they sell everything in (euros) but even when i convert it, it is still ridiculously cheap. There is a 599cc motorcycle for less than $2000 and all kinds of other cheap items for sale. I talked to a sales person in their chat box and he said it is because they are a wholesale company. How do wholesale companies like this make money and are they legit?

these are the companies which buy in bulk, huge quantities from the manufacturers at cheap rates and sell it at meagre profit. By selling more they make profit.They have huge turnoer of money.

This is very profitable.

I found an Australia LEGIT site, that won’t scam you. You must watch out for scammers I sent a fully legit looking asian website 2000usd and lost all my money and received nothing. I told the police, bank, everyone and there was no way in hell of getting my money back.

Prize-winning author Hilary Mantel is creating waves after pointing out in a newspaper interview that some women might benefit from having children much earlier than they currently do. In most basic terms, the cost price is the how much a manufacturer actually spends to make an item. The wholesale price is then a mark up on the cost price for the manufacturer to make a profit. Beyond that there is also the retail price where the retailer marks up from the wholesale price for profit.
Usually manufacturers can offer a wholesale cost at a lower markup because a retailer agrees to buy a certain amount of product higher than a typical consumer.
