Corporation Vs. Llc? Which One Would Benefit Me More?

I have started a wholesale business we mainly have kids clothing and funiture we sell at a wholesale prices, but we have been looking into the benefits of both a corporation and a llc. We need to be able to lease itms such as forklifts and truck to move merchandise.

For the majority of small businesses, the relative simplicity and flexibility of the LLC makes it the better choice. This is especially true if your business will hold property, such as real estate, that’s likely to increase in value. That’s because regular corporations (sometimes called C corporations) and their shareholders are subject to a double tax (both the corporation and the shareholders are taxed) on the increased value of the property when the property is sold or the corporation is liquidated. By contrast, LLC owners (called members) avoid this double taxation because the business’s tax liabilities are passed through to them; the LLC itself does not pay a tax on its income.
If you want to grant yourself health benefits – I would recommend a corporation. For LLC’s you cannot deduct the cost of health insurance. In corporations you can. If you make sure to pay yourself enough out of the company, the double taxation thing does not really apply.
I think its because sometimes folks just want to know if they company is big or small? legit or scam? etc
I guess some folks feel that dealing with a corporation is more comfortable for them

There may be a pattern like that, but I do not think the physical location of a population is the direct cause. I think racism seems to depend on the degree of homogeneity in the population and cultural norms.
Larger cities tend to be on the coast. They are often more cosmopolitan, and contain a more diverse selection of immigrants. There is the opportunity to find out that 'they' may have slightly different traditions, but are otherwise just like us.
Inland communities tend to be smaller and (in my experience) tend to be a bit more insular and inward looking, so racism comes a bit more naturally. The nicest people can easily get strange ideas about other races and ethnic groups when they do not come into regular contact with them and they listen to small town gossip.
The strongest contributor to racism is usually cultural – when it is socially acceptable to consider your race or ethnic group to be socially superior to another ethnic group.
Then there are the few sad individuals that just like to blame others for their own failings.
Generally speaking, the secretary's responsibilities are limited. Typically responsible for maintaining corporate documentation, details of meeting, etc. Might sign checks if approved by the board of directors. Only has right to sell property is that responsibility is granted…..like signing checks. Can do it but not automatic
